Clean-fill Applications
The Clean-fill system replaces a multitude of existing methods:
- All paper valve bags
- Top fill and seal bags
- Stitched bags, paper or polypropylene
- Nozzle fed air injected valve bag systems
- Nozzle fed auger (including air assisted)
- Pour and seal technologies (liquid)
We believe we can fill virtually any flowable material:
- Rock, sand and concrete mixes
- Portland cements and powders (down to 1 micron)
- Fertilizers, agricultural treatments and chemicals, toxic or non-toxic
- Food grains, beans, rice, coffee
- Bulk powders and granules, flour, cornmeal, sugar
- Slurries
- Large solids, briquettes, ball bearings, toys, medical hardware
